In the last training module, firstly learned ICF core competencies are re-examined and ICF ethical rules are shared with the participants in detail. The purpose of this module is to share the necessary information for coach candidates to practice their profession professionally. For this reason, the professional dimension of coaching is mentioned. How the coach candidate decides on his next step fot the following 5 years?, the steps are emphasized in the journey that extends to where he wants to see himself. In this module, where trainer and student demos will also take place, the general framework of coaching from niche selection to branding, from marketing to sales and the professional roadmap of coaching are examined.
